With a Mission statement like this, you would think they actually cared about their customers.

At Bright House Networks we see customers as friends. We promise...

we'll always be there for you, "หœround the clock, and weekends too.

we'll respect your time, and be on time, and service calls won't cost you a penny.

we'll deliver quality products and services, some you can't get anywhere else, and we'll be happy to answer all your questions, big and small.

we'll make sure you get what you need and like what you get, we guarantee it.

you'll never have to sign a contract, and you'll always have the freedom to change your service, penalty-free.

we'll never take you for granted and we'll help connect you to what matters most.

This is our promise to you.

Let me tell you this is not the case... Their customer service sucks, their people suck, the service sucks, their equipment sucks, all this and they raise my bill to $190/month. All I have is Internet and basic tv... In the 5 years I have had their service, they have been to the house at least 1 time every 3 months because things stop working. They never know why and they never fix it. My Internet works less than it doesn't. I am seriously thinking I need direct tv or dish. As their prices and service are better.

None of their mission statement is true!

Brighthouse sucks sooo bad...i have to reset my wifi at least 3 times a day...some channels are so blotchy on my tv they dont work.... and they want to charge me out the *** for it...WTF...u try to call and your on hold for HOURS at a time...

Dish Network is the best out there , you would be much more happy with them, I just recently left where I had dish,into an apartment that only uses bright house but I never realized how bad they suck I wouldn't have even moved in here knowing that !!!

Bright House Networks has thee most horrible service. I have had them 2 months, I am on my seventh box because they keep breaking.

I paid for quicker internet since I work from home and it is no quicker than the slower service. Everytime I call them there is some excuse. The most current issue is the piece of garbage box that broke again. I now again have no cable for the rest of the weekend.

If you can, look for any other service. Unfortunately, my complex only allows these idiots in there. I am buying a wireless aircard to plug into my router and will stream whatever shows I want to watch. Never again will I use Brighthouse.

Complete useless idiots and horrible overpriced service. They do not care one ounce about their customers.

Well at least the company is consistent. The service sucks, the equipment sucks, their technicians suck and customer service really sucks.

You they got it right the customer is simply a source of revenue and the customer DOES NOT MATTER TO BrightHouse in any way shape or form.

Best lie at BrightHouse is the J.D.Power plaque on their service counter claiming to have "highest customer satisfaction" They must have talked to the only customer that likes BrightHouse, J.D.Power certainly didn't Google BrightHouse Sucks because they would still be reading the complaints and wouldn't have time to make plaques!!!

I have had Direct TV for 4 years , never a problem , zero service calls and my bill has gone down every year!

We have only ever had a handful of interruptions in 4 years. Great company to deal with.

Brighthose sucks - another 20 minute cable interruption. During the day after work.

So I called to complain - not sure why the kid did not seem to give a $ht. Five years ago I could have sold your product I thought it was so great. Now I'm even considering piecing it out thru the internet.

Hire someone who sounds empathetic and some one who explain why you keep screwing up. Tampa FL

I moved to Orlando from Jacksonville last year. I was disappointed when I couldnt get comcast in my apartment complex, so I called Bright House.

I have never seen such outdated equipment and terrible internet service in my life and I have used the internet in Iraq. I have literally had to have a tech come out once every three months to fix the internet. I am paying I believe 80 for lighting internet. At this price I expect amazing speed and connectivity.

However, as most of you know, not the case. The internet at my apartment completely drops out about once every hour completely disconnecting me from skype , netflix or games I am playing. These random disconnect lasting up to 20 mins is unacceptable and inexcusable. Along with the fact they have to keep replacing my equipment is rather irksome since most of my work is online.

I am begging comcast to take over some of the Orlando area. Plus, you need to keep an eye on your bill I have had random charges pop up increasing my bill to 100 dollars and customer service says it wont happen again but it seems to happen every other month. Worst internet service I have ever seen.

One positive thing , I have never had any issues with online chat for customer service, but their phone lines are terrible. I think I ended up going in circles for an hour once.

Brighthouse Networks should have never been allowed to enter the phone and internet service. They are a cable system operator.....period!!!

Since going with them for phone, television, and internet service, we've had nonstop problems - about 3 years now. It's just been tough to get the time do the analysis to decide on the next best alternative or we would have gone a long time ago. Their phone service goes out all the time - in the middle of the night - causing my security system to go haywire at the lack of phone connection. The phone system issues went on for at least 2 1/2 years intermittedly with numerous service calls resulting in no change.

It's simply ridiculous. This company sucks!

If they are not providing the Showtime Free Preview, then DO NOT ADVERTISE IT ON THE CHANNELS I PAY FOR!!! Also, there call center is in Canada!!!

Received Lightning service on Dec 2nd. It's now December 11th and I've been on the phone with Bright House everyday I've had it.

They finally come back out and the technician tells me they gave me a box that wasn't right for my computer.... AKA they sent me a knockoff box to try and save them money.

Now they don't see why I want this month credited to my account. I will be switching to FIOS next week.

I'm a new customer - got my "Road Runner Lightning" service installed with mt Internet and cable service on 5/30/12. I was supposed to get a "land line" installed 6/28, but the technician showed up late and I had to leave..so no phone installed.

When I just called the service line I got a recording that "their records show the 'technician' "may" have showed up late." While on hold I kept getting messages on how to reset the modem.

WOW! What a joke!

I agree. Their desire to be friends with their customers is ridiculous.

Just make the *** service work without charging an arm and a leg. Is that too much to ask?
